What is in development?

  • A complete list of all AKC/CKC Gun dog beagle clubs, with address, phone, Officers, Pres. VP, directions, GPS coordinates, water/camping availability, web site link and more. This list will be able to be displayed in total, by State or by a specific federation/association only. It will later have ability to sort by state or mileage to clubs from your chosen zip code.
  • Licensed and Non-Licensed Trail Listings sortable by Date, Association, State, Format, Game & Class. Will include contact information, entry fee, prizes and directions were provided by clubs.
  • Licensed and Sanctioned trial results with Name, Sire, Dam, Pedigree, Owner, Breeder Handler and Photos. Results will be posted as soon as FTS inputs info via a simple web form. The form will fill in much of the information using the Registration number to access data. This could be done on a class by class basis daily in minutes or in total after the entire trial is over. It all depends on the specific FTS willingness.
  • Notification by email of new results entered as soon as they are input for all or just those Association/Federation results you choose.
  • Federation High Hounds. Want to know who is leading and how your hound is doing? This system would allow for real time availability to show hounds by rank with points in their respective classes (All-Age, Derby, Male, Female, Size) for each Federation. No longer will it have to be collated by hand and posted whenever time permits.
  • Input of thousands of old trial results with ability to search by Club, Hound & Points, Owner, Sire, Dam, etc.
  • Once the AKC/CKC Trials are input and all functionaltiy is working properly I will work to incorporate UKC/NKC information so a dogs entire trial record is viewable across registries, sortable by registry, association or date.

What do I need from you?

  • Please complete the People form to include yourself in the database.
  • Someone from each club to step up and fill out the Clubs form that will give me more information about their club.
  • A member list from each club including officers and their election term.
