I noticed that the UBGF and Deep South have pre meeting packets that have the meetings agenda/ issues in it. The packets can be printed out and give/discussed at the club meetings so the club representatives can then vote at the meeting. A system like this allows for a well informed discussion at the and should help to facilitate club involvement in the associations.
Is this worth developing for our association, and furthermore should it then be carried over to the federation?
This may be the first step to allow voting on issues thoughout the year. Carl has stated several times that there can be a way to have votes take place on this site per a representative of each club....Ideas? Comments?

yes I have. This more along the lines of what I was talking about, however it maybe over kill depending on the agenda.
