Anyone know abuot the roads? I hear 17 & 88 are closed in spots and how about 96 & 96b from Owego and if I come through Ithaca what about 206 & 79

Gents,
Looking at routes from Delhi to Danby ALL FLOODED. 17 West from Binghamton closed, can't get through Owego anyway, 206 at Bainbridge closed, 79 Whitney Point flooded, Parts of 88 & 81 closed. I will avoid the southern tier altogether and go north Cooperstown, west on 20 to Cazenovia then to Skaneateles and then south to Danby. You guys coming from the north and east consider taking thruway to Weedesport and then south on 34 to Ithaca and then 96B south to Danby.
